Our treatmentsA physiotherapist will prescribe different treatment or rehabilitation exercises depending on how your injury or complaint presents. On initial consultation you will have a thorough assessment of your presenting complaint. This will help identify the best treatment option for you. All of our treatments are then individually tailored. Physiotherapy can be used for injuries sustained as a result of sport, daily activity or related to your occupation. We are experts at dealing promptly and effectively with acute injuries, such as those seen in athletes. We also have a great deal of experience in dealing with chronic pain and conditions, which have often failed to respond to other interventions. We’ll give you all the knowledge and support you require properly to manage your condition so you don’t have to keep coming back. We know that prevention is better than cure – it just makes good, old-fashioned sense. We will get to the root cause of your condition - beyond the symptoms because as friendly as we are and as modern as our clinics are, we don’t want you to spend your life on a treatment table. |
Sports MassageSports Massage covers the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body e.g. muscles, ligaments and tendons. Our regimes are tailored to each individual’s needs to positively enhance your ability to perform.
